Ordering

You will get a confirmation email once your order has been placed and an email with tracking information once the order has been processed. U.S. orders will be processed within 48 hours, Canadian and International orders ship weekly on Fridays.

Returns

You can return or exchange any item in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale. Racer X will replace any product that is defective or was shipped in error at no cost to the customer. Please see below for return instructions.

To return an item you must contact us within 14 days from the date your package arrives. Before sending any item(s), you must call 304-284-0080 or email [email protected] to get prior authorization before returning any item, regardless of reason, to request a return merchandise form.

Return Shipping

Return all items via ground shipping. Racer X is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier. Return shipping costs and other incidental feeds are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
